Eco-Growth Strategies Inc. (OTC: ECGS) represents a unique opportunity to invest in a dominant player in Hawaii's bottled water market.

As investors continue to look for ways to beat volatility, ECGS has created an opportunity to participate in enhanced profitability from the acquisition of Hawaiian Isle Water Company.

Major companies in the bottled water market are generating billions of dollars in sales as bottled water is now the top-selling packaged beverage in the United States!

Could Hawaiian Isles Water Become the Next Big Water Brand in the World?

ECGS has big plans to revitalize a well-known brand that is already found throughout Hawaii in all major supermarkets and retail stores.

This is a well-established brand with a presence in approximately 20,000 locations across Hawaii and mainland USA. The brand generates approximately $15 million in annual revenue, with distribution in grocery and retail outlets as well as online platforms.

Marketed as ULTRA PURE WATER FROM HAWAII ’S HEAVENS, Hawaiian Isles Water Company has witnessed remarkable growth over the years and is projecting the following revenue and net income:

Fortifying this well-known bottled water brand could potentially turn ECGS into an acquisition target in an arena that boasts substantial players.

Several publicly traded mega market cap companies with have a significant presence in the bottled water market, either directly or through their ownership of major brands. This includes:

    1. Coca-Cola Co. (KO): Dasani and Glaceau Smartwater
    2. PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP): Aquafina
    3. Nestlé S.A. (NSRGY): Perrier, San Pellegrino, and Nestlé Pure Life.
    • Nestlé Waters, the world's largest water bottler, generates billions of dollars in annual sales from bottled water.
    • Coca-Cola has made a substantial amount of money from its bottled water business. Brands like Dasani generate significant revenue for the company. In fact, market research firm IRI reported that Dasani generated over $1 billion in US sales in the past year, according to Consumer Reports.
    • Pepsi has also made a significant amount of money from bottled water. PepsiCo's overall revenue is in the billions, with Aquafina contributing to that significant figure, and has shown substantial growth in its non-carbonated beverage segment, which includes Aquafina. In 2017, one Pepsi plant could have grossed between $19.73 and $23.36 million annually from Aquafina alone. PepsiCo also invests in other bottled water brands, like LIFEWTR and Bubly, to further capitalize on the growth of the bottled water market.

    What Assets were Acquired?

All of the branding/IP, bottling equipment, and raw materials inventory. The bottling plant is leased through 2035 from the Lessors.

Key assets included in the valuation:

    4. Water Rights: $4,386,815
    5. Future Earnings Value: $6,996,000

    The Grand Total = $30,659,217!

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the acquisition’s benefits:

    • It strengthens ECGS's Brand Portfolio: HIW's brand recognition and existing customer base in Hawaii strengthen ECGS's position in the Hawaiian bottled water market.
    • It gives access to a Premium Water Source: HIW's potential acquisition of Hawaiian Springs water source on the Big Island is a premium product, enhancing the quality of ECGS's water offerings.
    • Operational Efficiency: ECGS can leverage HIW's existing bottling plant and equipment, potentially reducing the time and cost to scale their operations.
    • Potential for Expansion: The acquisition allows ECGS to explore co-branding and co-bottling opportunities, expanding its reach beyond HIW's existing customer base.
    • Strategic Investment: ECGS is investing in the HIW plant's infrastructure, suggesting a long-term commitment to the acquisition and its potential for growth. The company’s water plant is a certified processing plant by the state of Hawaii, the FDA and Board of Health and includes all state required and additional equipment to process, bottle and test the water that it produces.

    Infrastructure & Assets

The company's $4.1 million equipment base includes a KHS Blowmax molding systems, comprehensive bottling lines, and automated handling systems supporting 180 bottles per minute production. Current inventory valued at $750K includes preforms, labels, and caps ready for immediate production scaling. The Company intends to add bottling capacity, increasing to 1,000 per minute.

The main bottling facility is approximately 55,000 square feet, which includes warehousing. The plant facility also includes a solar farm (PV) providing an alternative power source to the existing power facilities.

    Competitive Position

Hawaiian Isle Water's dominance is protected by significant barriers:

    • One of Hawaii's last approved water bottling licenses
    • Protected distribution across all Hawaiian Islands
    • Strong brand loyalty and tourist market presence
    • Strategic cost advantages through below-market lease
    • Established relationships with major retailers

The bottled water market is a large and growing industry that is often considered recession resistant. ECGS has an acclaimed leadership team which aims to turn Hawaiian Isles Water into a behemoth!

"Our management team, made up of snack food/beverage professionals with an average industry experience of 30+ years each, are excited to re-vitalize this 29-year-old brand. We fully intend to expand within the islands and a major expansion into China, Philippines, South Korea, and Japan by the end of the year.”

“This acquisition, when completed, enhances our Hawaiian Isles Water brand by adding a premium spring water product sourced from the pristine lava rock formations of the Big Island. With strategic investment in plant infrastructure and bottling equipment, we anticipate increased demand and expanded market opportunities.”

William (Bill) Delgado, CEO of ECGS

    The Hawaiian Isles Story

Locally owned and operated, Hawaiian Isles Water Company is committed to water purity and proud to be “Made in Hawaii.”

The Hawaiian Isles Water Company processing plant was built in 1996 and is certified by the State of Hawaii, the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Board of Health. All equipment is state-of-the-art and purchased by Hawaiian Isles for the company’s sole use.

The plant includes all state-required and additional equipment to process, bottle, and test the water we produce. At peak capacity, the plant can produce more than 100,000 bottles of water every day.

Hawaiian Isles bottled water is purer than Hawaii’s tap water. The water source is the Halawa Shaft, the base municipal water supply which pumps water via deep wells from the natural aquifer beneath the island of Oahu. However, that is where the similarity ends.

Hawaiian Isles Water Company then purifies its water to a level of less than five parts per million in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). This process creates ultra-pure water containing no fat, proteins or cholesterol. Mineral content (e.g. calcium and iron) is also negligible.

Hawaiian Isles bottled water has no calories. It contains no caffeine, sodium, sugar, chlorine, artificial flavors, carbonation or inorganic minerals. In short, it is water as nature intended it to be, pure and simple.

On a composition basis, Hawaiian Isles Water is purer than Hawaii's tap water. It has been purified to a level of less than 5 parts per million in TDS. This process results in very pure water that contains no fat, proteins or cholesterol.

    Why Bottled Water?

It’s an industry that gets little discussion, but the bottled water space is a juggernaut with more than 1 million bottles of water being sold every minute around the world. Bottled water is one of America’s most popular beverages.

A great shift has happened with consumers who are pushing away carbonated sugary soft drinks and opting for more health-conscious beverages. Health advocates have been cheering for this for decades to see such a turning point.

Investing in the water industry can be attractive due to growing global demand and a limited supply of freshwater.

    Factors to Consider:

Market Growth: The global bottled water market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 6.4% from 2025 to 2030, reaching an estimated value of $348.6B.

    Drivers:

    • Water Scarcity: The rising scarcity of clean and fresh drinking water worldwide is a key driver.
    • Water Quality Concerns: In some regions, concerns about tap water quality, including contamination and taste, drive the demand for bottled water as a perceived safer and purer alternative.
    • Health Awareness: Consumers are becoming increasingly aware of the health benefits of drinking water, including the potential risks associated with sugary drinks. Growing consumer awareness about health and wellness is a significant driver of the bottled water market.
    • Convenience: Bottled water offers a convenient and reliable source of clean drinking water, especially in areas with poor water infrastructure.
    • Premium and Functional Waters: The rise of premium and functional bottled water, with added minerals, vitamins, or flavors, appeals to consumers seeking healthier and more unique hydration options.

By 2032 the market could reach over $500B!

Why Should ECGS be On Your Radar?

    • The acquisition by Eco-Growth Strategies, Inc. (OTC PINK: ECGS) has positioned Hawaiian Isles Water as a key player in the bottled water industry with significant growth potential.
    • Hawaiian Isles Water has a 29-year history and reported a fiscal year 2023 run rate of approximately $15 million in revenue and an adjusted net income of about $2 million.
    • Eco-Growth Strategies plans to expand Hawaiian Isles Water into international markets, including China, the Philippines, South Korea, and Japan, by the end of 2025.
    • Sourced from the Halawa Shaft, a deep well tapping into Oahu's natural aquifer, Hawaiian Isles Water undergoes a rigorous seven-stage purification process. This includes reverse osmosis, resulting in water with less than five parts per million in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), ensuring exceptional purity. The final product is free from calories, sodium, caffeine, chlorine, and artificial additives.
    • Investors may find Hawaiian Isles Water appealing due to its established brand, recent operational upgrades, strategic expansion plans, and commitment to product purity.
    • ECGS has invested approximately $ 1.2M in retrofitting the plant, including new electrical, lighting, office remodeling, and HVAC repairs. The plant is the second largest bottled water plant in the Hawaiian Islands. It is approximately 55,000 square feet with the capacity of generating $ 100M through additional equipment installations.
    • The backing by Eco-Growth Strategies additionally provides additional resources and expertise to drive growth in both domestic and international markets.
    • The company has also said it has additional acquisitions that will be announced.

    In Summary…

With the acquisition of Hawaiian Isles Water, Eco-Growth Strategies, Inc (OTCPK: ECGS) is expecting to see a substantial increase in revenues!

As a premier bottler of purified and spring water, the company strategically announced in February of 2025 that it has acquired the assets of Hawaiian Isles Water (HIW) based in Aiea, HI. HIW is a 29-year-old brand providing purified bottled water throughout the islands.

Lewis Cohen, President of ECGS, stated "We are extremely pleased with this acquisition. We intend to maintain the existing customers and expand the customer base with new co-branding/bottling opportunities. The company expects to renew its two existing co-bottling agreements and expects to add two more by the third quarter. The new agreements are expected to add approximately $ 30M in additional revenue and $ 7M in net income."

Bottled water is a big market with leading giants like Coca Cola, PepsiCo, and Nestle dominating sales. But Hawaiian Isles Water has competitive advantages with its purity and health benefits that could turn the brand into a household name and create acquisition target speculation!

As bottled water sales continue to grow and consumers recognize this essential product, Eco-Growth Strategies, Inc (OTCPK: ECGS) is revitalizing a 29-year old brand into what could become the next highflyer in the anticipated $500B+ bottled water industry!
